We do our best to ship all the orders as soon as possible; but sometimes shipping an order may take up to 3 business days. If we can't ship your order in 1 business day, we will contact you.
Shipping Damages And Lost Items
Once an order leaves our facility (ships) all risk of loss and damages is passed to the carrier. If any item gets damaged or lost during shipment, RobotSimple would not be responsible for such a loss. We highly recommend using insured and trackable shipping methods for all orders. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments. If you need assistance with your claims or if simply, you don't want to deal with the carrier, please contact us with your order information and details about the shipment, and we will file the claim for you. We do not send refunds or replacements until claims are accepted and processed by the carrier, and we have received payments from the carrier. We have no control over the length of time the carrier takes to process a claim.
Returns and Refunds
RobotSimple accepts returns for any unopened items within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of merchandise. After such time, all sales are considered final. "Unopened" means a device has never been: opened, powered up, in contact with non-conductive materials (or non-antistatic materials). Because of the nature of most products we sell, we can not accept returns on purchased items that have had electrical power applied to them. Refund process is initiated upon receipt and test of the product. Depending on your method of payment, it may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to post on your account. Payments made by check/money order, will be refunded by mailed check.
